International Citizen Days 2025 - Matchmaking event by Copenhagen Capacity

Please note: The professional matchmaking event will be a side event at the International Citizen Days. It has limited capacity. Thus, we cannot accommodate walk-ins; only relevant participants signed up through this page will be invited to company interviews.

You are an international student, graduate or skilled professional residing in Denmark and have a CPR number
About the event:
Copenhagen Capacity is teaming up with the Municipality of Copenhagen to give you an opportunity to meet Danish companies looking for international talent during International Citizen Days 2025!
The 1-1 matchmaking event on Friday’s agenda offers you the chance to be matched with a company and participate in exclusive face-to-face interviews. Once you apply for this event, we will pre-screen you before the event, ensuring that you meet only with companies looking for your particular skills.
All the interviews will take place in a dedicated semi-open space in the event location, Øksnehallen, from 14:00-16:00. If you are selected for the interview(s) each meeting between you and a company will last for 15 minutes, allowing everyone to get to know each other and explore potential employment opportunities. You will also have plenty of time between interviews and in the last hour to visit other booths and maximise your attendance at the International Citizen Days event (<- visit the front page here)!
The deadline for applications is the 5th of September, 2025 (12:00 CET) and we will reach out with a decision on your application about 10 days before the event.

P.S. Please note that the interim in the employment type in the form refers to the event itself but the companies present will offer all kinds of roles (full-time, part-time, internships, student jobs etc.)
